摘  要:本研究设计了一个可行性强并且稳定的凸轮轴检测系统,通过电机使凸轮轴旋转一定角度后停下,使用摄像头进行拍摄。凸轮轴图片进行阈值二值化后,提取凸轮轴凸轮表面轮廓,得到凸轮轴凸轮表面区域。然后对凸轮轴凸轮表面区域进行缺陷轮廓提取,得到表面缺陷轮廓,通过对表面缺陷的大小和周长进行筛选,实现缺陷分类。本研究还对检测所用的四自由度机器臂求出正、逆运动学解,通过图像处理技术找出代表凸轮轴位姿的向量,并通过控制机械臂的方式实现凸轮轴在该系统中的自动安装、拆卸和分类放置。In this study, a feasible and stable camshaft detection system is designed. The camshaft is rotated by the motor at a certain angle and stopped, and the camera is used for shooting. After the threshold binarization of camshaft image and the extraction of camshaft cam surface contour, the camshaft cam surface area is obtained. Then the surface defect contour is extracted from the camshaft surface area, and the surface defect contour is obtained. The defect classification is realized after screening the size and circumference of the surface defect. This study also obtains the forward and inverse kinematics solutions of the four degree of freedom manipulator used in the detection, finds out the vector representing the position and attitude of the camshaft through image processing technology, and realizes the automatic installation, disassembly and classified placement of the camshaft in the system by controlling the manipulator.
