认知障碍病人口腔护理循证实践方案的构建

摘　　要：目的:构建认知障碍病人口腔护理循证实践方案。方法:以循证为指导,通过证据检索、文献质量评价形成认知障碍病人口腔护理循证实践方案初稿,采用德尔菲专家咨询法形成认知障碍病人口腔护理循证实践方案终稿。结果:共进行2轮专家咨询,专家咨询问卷有效回收率分别为92.3%和100.0%,专家权威系数均为0.919,证据可行性、适宜性、临床意义、有效性的专家意见协调系数分别为0.567,0.561,0.422,0.534和0.612,0.619,0.452,0.258。最终形成的认知障碍病人口腔护理循证实践方案包括口腔评估、口腔护理方法及用品、口腔抵触行为管理、照护者技能培训4个方面,共37个证据条目,其中,17个证据条目为A级推荐,20个证据条目为B级推荐。结论:本研究构建的认知障碍病人口腔护理循证实践方案具有一定科学性和临床适用性。Objective:To construct an evidence-based practice program for oral care in patients with cognitive impairment.Methods:The initial draft of evidence-based practice program for oral care in patients with cognitive impairment was formed through evidence retrieval and literature quality evaluation,guided by evidence-based.And the final draft of evidence-based practice program for oral care in patients with cognitive impairment was formed by using Delphi expert consultation method.Results:A total of 2 rounds of expert consultation were conducted.The effective recovery rates of expert consultation questionnaires were 92.3%and 100.0%,respectively,expert authority coefficient both were 0.919,and expert opinion coordination coefficients of evidence feasibility,suitability,clinical significance,and validity were 0.567,0.561,0.422,0.534 and 0.612,0.619,0.452,0.258,respectively.The final evidence-based practice program for oral care in patients with cognitive impairment includes 4 aspects,which were oral assessment,oral care methods and supplies,oral conflicting behavior management,and caregiver skill training,with a total of 37 evidence items.There were 17 evidence items were A-level recommendations and 20 evidence items were B-level recommendations.Conclusions:The evidence-based practice program for oral care in patients with cognitive impairment constructed in this study has certain scientific and clinical applicability.
