双柱制备型逆流色谱仪解绕架结构分析及优化

摘  要:为了解决双分离柱J型逆流色谱仪在高转速(>2500 r/min)大容量下质量过重,且送料管路不便于流体流动的问题,针对双柱制备型逆流色谱仪关键部件—解绕架进行了结构分析及优化。为减少两相液体在解绕架内部流道流动时所受湍流阻力,对不同夹角所形成的流道结构进行湍流阻力分析,得到了最优夹角132°和128°;为了减轻解绕架质量,利用GENESIS TINDEX算子建立了提高一阶固有频率并减小柔度的多目标数学模型,对解绕架进行了多目标结构拓扑优化。研究结果表明,解绕架在静力学和模态均满足设计标准的前提下质量下降了13.2%,得到了比初始结构更加优良的构型,实现了解绕架的优化设计。In order to solve mass redundancy and inconvenient fluid flow of double-column preparative type-J counter-current chromatography in high speed(>2500 r/min),a new structure of unwinding frame of double-column preparative type-J counter-current chromatography was proposed.For purpose of reducing the turbulence of the two-phase fluid while flowing in the unwinding frame,the turbulence analysis was conducted based on different flow channel made of different angle,and the two optimal angles of 132°and 128°were obtained.In order to find a more reasonable distribution of the material of the unwinding frame,a multi-objective mathematical model was established with the GENESIS TINDEX to increase the first-order natural frequency and reduce the flexibility.Based on the model,the multi-objective topology optimization of unwinding frame was carried out.It was found that on the premise that the dynamic and static performances meet design standards the mass of the unwinding frame is reduced by 13.2%,and a better configuration than the initial one is obtained,which realizes the optimal design of the unwinding frame.
