摘 要:针对环形焊缝焊管接头焊接时焊接局部升温快,焊接变形高,残余应力高等问题,采用有限元法对焊接过程的变形和残余应力研究。分析常用结构尺寸、材料、焊接温度下焊管热变形及残余应力分布情况;基于热变形计算不同尺寸下焊管预弯曲范围,降低焊接过程中的变形。同时对数值仿真模型进行试验对比验证。分析发现,焊缝两侧焊管的残余应力和变形分布较为对称;焊管焊后弯曲的主要因素是径向方向变形和切向方向;20MnCr5焊接性较差,变形严重,残余应力集中严重;根据焊接变形情况提出预弯焊管的新方法,得到不同直径下和不同焊管壁厚下的弯曲度范围,确保焊接质量。Aiming at the problems of rapid local heating,high welding deformation and high residual stress during the welding of circular welded pipe joints,the finite element method is used to study the deformation and residual stress of the welding process.Analyze the thermal deformation and residual stress distribution of welded pipes under common structural dimensions,materials,and welding temperatures;calculate the pre-bending range of welded pipes under different sizes based on thermal deformation,and reduce deformation during welding.At the same time,the numerical simulation model is tested and verified.The analysis found that the residual stress and deformation of the welded pipe on both sides of the weld are relatively symmetrical;the main factors for the bending of the welded pipe after welding are the radial direction and the tangential direction;20MnCr5 has poor weld-ability,severe deformation,and serious residual stress concentration;according to welding A new method of pre-bending the welded pipe is proposed under the deformation condition to obtain the bending range under different diameters and different welded pipe wall thicknesses to ensure the welding quality.
