摘  要:基于某汽车企业在实际生产制造过程中使用PowerMill程序进行NC编程时遇到的问题,开发了基于C#语言的二次开发快速加工工艺API界面插件来缩短企业的刀具编程过程,降低了生产过程中因人为操作不当因素产生错误的概率,提高了模具零件加工进程。从NC编程的前处理、刀路计算、后处理3个流程考虑,设计了自定义API界面的插件接口,通过动态链接库文件和PowerMill自带的宏代码语言,连接自定义设计的API界面和PowerMill软件。PowerMill二次开发API界面不仅可以动态控制实际PowerMill编程流程,还能根据企业后续需要进一步完善和改进相应的模块和功能,加快了企业的生产流程。Based on the difficulties encountered by an automobile enterprise when using PowerMill program to generating NC programming in manufacturing process, the API interface based on C#language was developed to shorten the tool programming process of enterprises, reducing the probability of errors due to the misoperation of engineers, accelerating the process of manufacturing schedules of enterprise. According to three processes of manufacturing such as pre-processing, tool-path calculating, and post-processing in NC programming, the user-defined API plug-in interfaces was designed. The interface was connected with PowerMill software by dynamic link library files and macro language which distinguishing by PowerMill only. The user-defined API plugin not only controlled the NC programming progress of software, but also improved the corresponding modules and functions according the demanding of enterprise, which accelerated the production process of enterprises.
