摘　　要：大型商业综合体中的餐饮场所的消防安全关乎整栋建筑的消防安全,而餐饮场所火灾通常发生于厨房,因此需要重点关注餐饮场所厨房的消防安全。文章首先介绍餐饮厨房的火灾原因与火灾特点,接着通过实地调研12个大型商业综合体中的餐饮厨房,阐述现在大型商业综合体中餐饮厨房存在的实际消防问题和薄弱环节,最后分析总结了大型商业综合体中餐饮厨房消防安全问题防范的措施。The fire safety of catering places in large-scale commercial complex is related to the fire safety of the whole building,and the fire in catering places usually starts in the kitchen.So we need to focus on the fire safety of catering kitchen.This paper first introduces the fire causes and fire characteristics of catering kitchens,then through field investigation of catering kitchens in 12 large-scale commercial complexes,expounds the actual fire problems and weak links existing in catering kitchens in large-scale commercial complexes,and finally analyzes and summarizes the preventive measures for fire safety problems of catering kitchens in large-scale commercial complexes.
