摘  要:白洋淀湿地是海河流域的重要水体之一,也是华北地区最大的湿地。为评价白洋淀湿地水生态系统的健康状况,于2019年在湿地布设12个点位,开展了大型底栖动物类群的调查监测。采用大型底栖动物完整性指数(B-IBI)分析了白洋淀湿地水生态系统的健康状况。对21个备选参数进行了筛选,总分类单元数、摇蚊科类群所占百分比,耐污类群所占百分比和撕食者所占百分比等4个参数用于构建白洋淀湿地大型底栖动物完整性指数。采用比例积分法,以参照点位25%分位数值作为评价湿地健康状况的标准,评价了各监测点位的健康状况。The Baiyangdian Wetland is one of the most important water body of Haihe Basin,and the largest freshwater shallow wetland in North China.In order to evaluate the health conditionof the wetland,macro-invertebrate assemblages were sampled from 12 stationsin 2019.Aquatic ecosystem healthy assessment was researched using BenthicIndex of Biotic Integrity(B-IBI).Analysis was done for the 21 candidate biological metrics.Meanwhile,total taxa,percentage of chironomidae,percentage of tolerant taxa and percentage of shredderswere screened to construct B-IBI index system for the wetland.Ratio scoring method for B-IBI index was used to get a uniform score by using 25 percentiles of reference sites as a criteria to evaluate the aquatic ecosystem health.
