高校毕业生的职业自我概念及就业质量探究

摘　　要：为了充分认识当前国内高校毕业生就业困境和就业质量偏低问题从职业自我概念视角入手,通过编制和应用调查问卷方式实施大样本调查,对高校毕业生就业质量问题内在影响因素进行深入探究。结果表明:问卷信、效度良好,可以作为有效施测工具;高校毕业生职业自我概念发展与就业质量评价之间存在显著相关。In order to fully understand the current employment dilemma and low employment quality of domestic college graduates,starting from the perspective of professional self-concept,this paper makes an in-depth study on the internal factors that affect the emplojrment quality of college graduates by compiling and applying questionnaires.The results show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an effective testing tool.There is a significant correlation between the development of college graduates'professional self-concept and the e-valuation of employment quality.
