关于监狱学他命名研究

摘　　要：监狱学学科是一门仍处于争议中的学科,其是否构成一门学科,应当归属于哪个学科大类,目前仍分歧较大,而监狱内部的若干问题也严重妨碍着这一学科的定位、地位,导致这一学科始终缺乏他命名,难以被社会科学其他"兄弟姐妹"所接收。因此,要加强监狱学专业研究与建设,努力探索今后监狱学专业建设与发展的进路。Prison science is a subject that is still in dispute. There are still many differences in whether it constitutes a subject and which discipline should belong to,and several issues within prisons also seriously hinder the positioning and status of this subject,which led to the subject lacked his naming,making it difficult to be accepted by other subjects in the social sciences. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research and construction of the prison science,and strive to explore the way for the professional construction and development of the prison science.
