摘　　要：目的探究ciRS-7和miR-7在结直肠腺瘤和腺瘤癌变组织中的表达及相关关系.方法选入我院2019年7月至2021年6月收治的结直肠腺瘤和结直肠腺癌患者各30例,采集病变组织标本,经荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测ciRS-7和miR-7,比较结直肠腺瘤和结直肠腺癌的ciRS-7和miR-7水平,分析二者间的关系.结果结直肠腺癌ciRS-7的表达水平高于结直肠腺瘤,miR-7表达水平低于结直肠腺瘤(P<0.05).结直肠腺瘤病变组织中,ciRS-7和miR-7呈明显负相关(P<0.05);结直肠腺癌病变组织中,ciRS-7和miR-7呈明显负相关(P<0.05).结论结直肠腺癌病变组织ciRS-7表达高于结直肠腺瘤病变组织,miR-7表达低于结直肠腺瘤病变组织,二者呈负相关.Objective To explore the expression and correlation of CIRS-7 and Mir-7 in colorectal adenoma and adenoma canceration tissues.Methods A total of 30 patients with colorectal adenoma and colorectal adenocarcinoma admitted to Dongguan Songshan Lake Central Hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were enrolled.Pathological tissue samples were collected and cirS-7 and Mir-7 were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR(QRT-PCR)to compare the levels of cirS-7 and Mir-7 in colorectal adenoma and colorectal adenocarcinoma.Analyze the relationship between the two.Results The expression level of CIRS-7 in colorectal adenocarcinoma was higher than that in colorectal adenoma,and the expression level of Mir-7 was lower than that in colorectal adenoma(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between CIRS-7 and Mir-7 in colorectal adenoma lesions(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between CIRS-7 and Mir-7 in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of CIRS-7 in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues was higher than that in colorectal adenoma tissues,and the expression of Mir-7 was lower than that in colorectal cancer tissues,showing a negative correlation.
