一流公安学科建设的现实困境与路径选择

摘　　要：从学科自身、横向比较和学科生态等维度,分析了公安学科面临的学科内涵与外延模糊、小众性带来的学术影响力偏低与话语权不足、数量单一导致的缺乏稳定学科生态及有效支撑等一系列现实困境,提出了特色发展、内涵发展、重点发展、融合发展理念。一流公安学科应从四个方面加强建设:制定公安学科建设规划,做好学科建设的顶层设计与资源统筹;坚持知识体系主线,梳理公安学科内涵与外延,重新构建公安学科理论体系;积极拓展支撑学科,建立公安院校良好学科生态;创新学科发展模式,加快推动设立公安学科门类。The development of the public security discipline is currently faced with a series of problems,like the ambiguity of its connotations and denotations,low academic influence and discourse power caused by the niche nature,and lack of stable disciplinary ecology and effective support caused by the small number of sub-disciplines.An analysis of these problems is conducted in terms of the discipline itself,horizontal comparison and discipline ecology.Such notions as characteristic development,connotative development,key development and integration development are put forward to solve the problems.At last,main paths to build top-ranking public security discipline are expounded,which covers making an overall strategic plan by improving the top design and coordinating resources in a systematic way,reconstructing the theoretical system of the discipline by clarifying its connotations and denotations,building a well-developed ecology by extending its underpinning branches,promoting the variety of categories under the discipline by innovating its development model.
