摘 要:目的探讨环氧化酶2(cycloxygenase-2,COX-2)、金属基质蛋白酶9(metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)在胃肠神经内分泌肿瘤(gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasms,GI-NENs)中的表达量与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集2016年11月至2020年8月经我院诊治的175例GI-NENs患者的临床病理资料。免疫组化检测COX-2、MMP-9的表达量,探讨其与临床病理和预后的关系。结果COX-2在病理分级高的GI-NENs组织,表达量也较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);COX-2表达量与肿瘤分期、直径、远处转移、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);COX-2表达量高的患者预后优于表达量低者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MMP-9表达在临床病理特征差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论COX-2表达量在不同分级、分期的GI-NENs患者存在差异,可能参与了GI-NENs的发生以及进展的调控过程;高表达可能提示预后不佳。Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasms(GI-NENs)and their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods The clinicopathological data were collected from 175 patients with GI-NENs in Sichuan Provincial People′s Hospital from November 2016 to August 2020.The expressions of COX-2 and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between the expression level and the clinicopathology and prognosis was analyzed.Results The expression level of COX-2 was significantly different in GI-NENs with different pathological grade(P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between grade and expression level.Cox-2 expression was correlated with tumor stage,diameter,distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Patients with high COX-2 expression had a better prognosis than those with low COX-2 expression(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the expression of MMP-9 in clinicopathological features(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression level of COX-2 is different in patients with different grades and stages of GI-NENs.It may be involved in the regulation of tumor occurrence and development.High expression level of COX-2 may indicate a poor prognosis of the patients.
