上颌骨牙源性角化囊性瘤毗邻腭降动脉1例

摘　　要：牙源性角化囊性瘤(odontogenic keratocyst,OKC),来源于原始的牙胚或牙板残余,好发于下颌第三磨牙区及下颌支部。发生于上颌骨且毗邻上颌动脉翼腭部的囊肿较少见,本案报道了1例多次复发,行多次手术,并毗邻腭降动脉的上颌骨牙源性角化囊性瘤。Odontogenic keratocyst(OKC),derived from the original tooth embryo or tooth plate residue,is originated in the third molar region and the mandible branch.Cysts occurring in the maxilla and adjacent to the wing and palate of the maxillary artery are relatively rare.This case reported a maxilla multiple recurrencent,multiple surgical,and tooth-derived keratinized cystic tumor adjacent to the palate descending artery.
