摘  要:为满足大型装备液压系统对油液污染度精确检测的需求,设计了一种光阻原理的油液污染度在线检测传感器。基于对流体状态的分析,设计了过流池阀块。根据所选器件的光电特性设计了光电转换、粒径分拣、脉冲统计等功能电路。通过反卷积方式设计了颗粒脉冲门限电平的判别模型,并将油污传感器和离线仪器的检出结果进行了偏差比对测试。实验结果表明研制的油污传感器能够满足液压系统对油液在线污染度检测精度的要求。In order to meet the demand of accurate detection of oil contamination in the hydraulic system of large equipment,an on-line detection sensor for oil contamination based on photoresist principle is designed.According to the analysis of the fluid state,the overflow pool valve block is designed.Based on the photoelectric characteristics of the selected devices,functional circuits such as photoelectric conversion,particle size sorting and pulse statistics are designed.The discrimination model of particle pulse threshold level is created by deconvolution,and the deviation between the detection results of oil pollution sensor and the off-line instrument is compared.The experimental results show that the developed oil contamination sensor can meet the requirements of hydraulic system for the accuracy of on-line oil contamination detection.
