摘 要:为了提升高职院校仓储管理实务课程教学质量,对仓储管理实务课程项目化教学实践进行探讨。针对仓储管理实务课程现有教学体系存在的教学重理论轻实践、教学目标不明确等问题,提出了仓储管理实务课程项目化教学实践策略,通过项目化教学目标设计、项目化教学内容设计、项目化课程过程性评价和终结性评价三个阶段,设计了与仓储管理实务职业要求一致的实践项目,完成了仓储管理实务课程项目化教学的实践研究。在项目化课程教学中,学生亲身体验了企业仓储管理实务工作,既锻炼了实际操作能力,也巩固了对专业基础知识的掌握,满足了物流管理专业对于仓储管理人才的要求。In order to improve the teaching quality of warehouse management practice course in the higher vocational college,the study explores the project-based teaching practice of warehouse management practice course.There are problems in the current warehouse management practice course,including the attention on theory instead of practice,and uncertainty of teaching targets.Strategies of project-based teaching practice of warehouse management practice course are proposed.The practice project in accordance with the professional requirements of warehouse management practice is designed through three stages:project-based teaching target design,project-based teaching content design,project-based course process evaluation and summative evaluation.Practice research of project-based teaching of warehouse management practice course is completed.In project-base teaching,students experience the practice of enterprise warehouse management,practice their operational ability,strengthen the grasp of professional basic knowledge,and satisfy the requirements of logistics management major in warehouse management talents.
