摘 要:运输组织管理系统的优化增效,一直是露天煤矿运营管理的核心问题。通过优化调整运输组织方案,特别是在关键线路上增设立体交叉,就可以极大地消除交叉点的安全隐患,同时缩短运输路径,节省运费,以及提高交通线路的通行能力。以西湾露天煤矿原煤和剥离运输系统交叉问题为研究背景,合理规划原煤和剥离运输系统,解决2种不同吨位矿用大型车辆的交叉问题,提高露天煤矿运输效率以及降低矿山交通安全事故率。同时为使西湾露天煤矿能够取得更好的效益,建议在露天煤矿原煤和剥离运输系统中采用大跨径钢波纹管解决立体交叉的合理经济方案,可为我国类似露天煤矿原煤和剥离运输系统建设提供借鉴。The optimization and efficiency increase of transportation organization and management system has always been the core issue of open-pit mine operation and management.By optimizing and adjusting the transportation organization scheme, especially adding grade separation on key lines, the potential safety hazards at intersections can be greatly eliminated, the transportation routes can be shortened, the freight can be saved, and the traffic capacity of traffic lines can be improved.Taking the intersection problem of raw coal and stripping transportation system in Xiwan Open-pit Mine as the research background, through reasonable planning of raw coal and stripping transportation system, the intersection problem of two large mining vehicles with different tonnage is solved, the transportation efficiency of open-pit mine is improved and the accident rate of mine traffic safety is reduced.At the same time, in order to achieve better benefits in Xiwan Open-pit Mine, a reasonable economic scheme of using long-span steel bellows to solve the grade separation in the raw coal and stripping transportation system of open-pit mine is proposed, which can provide reference for the construction of raw coal and stripping transportation system of similar open-pit mines in China.
