摘  要:目的探讨脂肪酸合成酶(FASN)在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达变化,观察FASN与乳腺浸润性导管癌的病理特征的相关性。方法收集2016年2月至2020年6月间在我院就诊,并经手术病理证实的58例乳腺浸润性导管癌和12例乳腺纤维腺瘤患者资料。采用免疫组织化学EnVision二步法对上述病例的病灶组织进行FASN表达检测,结合临床病理特点进行统计学分析。结果FASN在乳腺浸润性导管癌和乳腺纤维腺瘤中均有阳性表达,FASN在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的强阳性表达率为74.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在乳腺浸润性导管癌中FASN的强阳性表达与组织学分级和脉管侵犯程度有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FASN的强阳性表达同时与浸润性导管癌的激素受体水平有关,在激素受体阳性中的强阳性表达为85.0%,(χ^(2)=7.931,P<0.05)。浸润性导管癌中HER-2的表达也和FASN的强阳性表达有关,在HER-2免疫组化结果为0或1的浸润性导管癌中FASN的强阳性表达率50%,与免疫组化结果为2或3的组织标本中FASN的强阳性表达率有统计学差异(χ^(2)=6.729,P<0.05)。结论FASN的过度表达可能与乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生有关;在乳腺浸润性导管癌中FASN的过度表达和肿瘤组织分级、激素受体状态、HER2表达情况存在一定的相关性。而与患者的年龄、病灶大小、腋下淋巴结转移状态及腋下淋巴结转移个数无关,同时FASN表达强度与Ki67的表达程度也无统计学意义。Objective To investigate the expression of fatty acid synthase(FASN)in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast,and observe the correlation between FASN and the pathological characteristics of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast.Methods The data of 58 patients with infiltrating ductal carcinoma of the breast and 12 patients with breast fibroadenoma who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2020 and were confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected.The two-step immunohistochemical EnVision method was used to detect FASN expression in the lesion tissues of the above cases,and statistical analysis was performed in combination with clinicopathological characteristics.Results FASN was positively expressed in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and breast fibroadenoma.The strong positive expression rate of FASN in breast invasive ductal carcinoma was 74.1%(P<0.05).The strong positive expression of FASN in breast invasive ductal carcinoma was related to histological grade and the degree of vascular invasion(P<0.05).The strong positive expression of FASN is also related to the level of hormone receptors in invasive ductal carcinoma.The strong positive expression in hormone receptor positive was 85.0%(χ^(2)=7.931,P<0.05).The expression of HER-2 in invasive ductal carcinoma was also related to the strong positive expression of FASN.The strong positive expression rate of FASN in invasive ductal carcinoma with a HER-2 immunohistochemical result of 0 or 1 was 50%,which was related to immunohistochemistry.The result was that the FASN strong positive expression rate of 2 or 3 tissue specimens there were statistical significantly differences(χ^(2)=6.729,P<0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of FASN may be related to the occurrence of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.There is a certain correlation of FASN and tumor tissue grade,hormone receptor status,and HER2 expression.Regardless of the patient's age,lesion size,axillary lymph node metastasis status and the number of axillary lymph node metastasis,neith
