摘  要:随着全球5G、物联网、云计算、新一代移动终端的快速发展,促进了酒店业数字化转型,新冠疫情的影响也加速了酒店业数字化改革的步伐。国内酒店业市场竞争激烈,产品与服务同质化严重。作为单体酒店,如何在激烈的市场竞争中生存与发展,数字化营销变得尤为重要。本文对单体酒店数字化营销的发展现状、数字化营销的发展趋势加以阐述,并提出单体酒店数字化营销转型对策。With the rapid development of global 5G, the Internet of Things, cloud computing and a new generation of mobile terminals,the digital transformation of the hotel industry has been promoted,and the impact of COVID-19has also accelerated the pace of the digital reform of the hotel industry. The domestic hotel industry market competition is fierce, and the homogenization of products and services is serious. As an independent hotel, how to survive and develop in the fierce market competition, digital marketing has become particularly important. This paper expounds the development status and development trend of the digital marketing of the independent hotels,and puts forward the transformation countermeasures of digital marketing of individual hotels.
