摘  要:该文通过对儒家教育思想灵性因素的探析,从家庭、学校、社会三个角度对儿童灵性现状进行分析,提出了儒家教育思想对儿童灵性教育的三大实践价值:家庭教育要顺应孩子的天性,重视孩子良好个性的养成;学校教育要以课程为阵地,重视“以德为首”的儿童综合素质的全面发展;社会要营造包容的环境,重视构建儿童发展的多元文化体系。After analyzing the spiritual factors of Confucian educational thought,and analyzing the current situation of children’s spirituality from the perspectives of families,schools and the society,this paper puts forward the practical value of Confucian educational thought to children’s spiritual education from three aspects:family education should conform to children’s nature and attach importance to the cultivation of children’s good individuality;school education should take curriculum as its position and attach importance to the all-round development of children’s comprehensive quality;it is necessary for the society to build an inclusive environment and construct a multi-cultural system of children’s development.
