摘　　要：实现更高质量和更充分的就业是高校就业工作的核心目标。该课题基于思想政治教育视角,分析当前大学生“慢就业”暴露的问题及成因,进而从依托“课程思政”引领学生就业价值观、开展“劳动教育”助力学生充分就业、利用“第二课堂”强化学生能力特长、采用“双导师”模式实现全程化精准帮扶四个方面提出应对策略。To achieve higher quality and fuller employment is the core goal of university employment.Based on the perspective of ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the current“slow employment”of college students,and then puts forward countermeasures from four aspects:relying on the“curriculum-based ideological and political education”to guide students’employment values,carrying out the“labor education”to help students fully obtain employment,using the“second classroom”to strengthen students’ability and specialty,and using the“double tutors”system to achieve full and accurate assistance.
