网络思政背景下辅导员核心素养提升研究

摘　　要：网络思想政治教育是将网络作为媒介,运用文字、图片或者视频等多种形式的内容开展思想教育活动,并且以政治教育作为主导思想。传统思想政治教育主要在线下进行,而自从网络普及以来,思想政治教育逐渐延伸到线上。开展思想政治教育是辅导员的使命之一,辅导员通过开展思想政治教育,能够帮助学生树立正确的“三观”以及道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信。这就要求高校辅导员提升自身核心素养,以便更好地完成教书育人目标。基于此,该文分析了网络思政背景下辅导员核心素养的结构、重要性,对网络思政视域下辅导员核心素养提升提出新的途径,以期为辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设以及高校辅导员的选拔、培养、管理、考核和发展提供决策支持。Online ideological and political education is to use the Internet as a medium to carry out ideological and political education activities with contents of various forms such as text,pictures or videos,and takes political education as the leading idea.Traditional ideological and political education is mainly carried out offline,but since the popularization of the Internet,ideological and political education has gradually extended to online.Carrying out ideological and political education is one of the missions of counselors,and by carrying out ideological and political education,counselors can help students establish correct“three views”as well as the confidence in the path,theory,system and culture.This requires that college counselors themselves should improve their key competencies in order to better achieve the goal of teaching and educating people.Based on this,this paper analyzes the structure and importance of the key competencies of counselors under the background of online ideological and political education,and proposes new ways to improve the key competencies of counselors from the perspective of online ideological and political education,so as to provide decision-making support for the professional and specialized construction of the counselor team,as well as the selection,training,management,assessment and development of college counselors.
