摘 要:目的:分析丁苯酞对脑梗死再灌注患者血清S-100β蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及神经功能缺损的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月德兴市人民医院收治的88例脑梗死再灌注患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。两组患者均行尿激酶再灌注,对照组采用辛伐他丁片和阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组采用丁苯酞注射液治疗。比较两组血清S-100β蛋白、NSE水平、神经功能缺损情况及再通率。结果:溶栓前,两组血清S-100β蛋白、NSE水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);溶栓24 h、7 d后,两组血清S-100β蛋白水平均显著降低(P<0.05);溶栓7 d后,观察组S-100β蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。溶栓24 h、7 d后,两组血清NSE水平均先升高,而后缓慢降低(P<0.05);溶栓7 d后,观察组血清NSE水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。溶栓前,两组NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);溶栓7 d后,两组NIHSS评分均显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的再通率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞可以有效改善脑梗死再灌注患者血清S-100β蛋白和NSE水平,促进神经功能缺损的恢复,提高血管再通率。Objective:To analyze the effects of Butylphthalide on serum S-100βprotein,neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and neurological deficits in patients with cerebral infarction and reperfusion.Method:A total of 88 patients with cerebral infarction and reperfusion admitted to Dexing People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,44 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Urokinase reperfusion,the control group was treated with Simvastatin Tablets and Aspirin Enteric Coated Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Butylphthalide Injection.The levels of serum S-100βprotein,NSE,neurological deficit and the rate of reconnection were compared between the two groups.Result:Before thrombolytic therapy,there were no significant differences in serum S-100βprotein and NSE levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after thrombolytic therapy for 24 h and 7 d,the level of serum S-100βprotein in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05);after 7 d of thrombolytic therapy,the level of S-100βprotein in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After 24 h and 7 d of thrombolytic therapy,serum NSE levels in both groups were firstly increased and then decreased slowly(P<0.05);after 7 d of thrombolysis,serum NSE level in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Before thrombolytic,there was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after 7 d of thrombolysis,NIHSS scores in both groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recalculation rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide can effectively improve the levels of serum S-100βprotein and NSE in patients with cerebral infarction and reperfusio
