摘  要:为探究独山草种场小龙虾(Procambarus clarkii)不同部位重金属的富集情况,于2018年2—7月,在研究区域的自然水域内采集小龙虾样品,采用方差分析法、Pearson相关分析法对其不同部位中Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn、Hg 5种重金属质量浓度进行测定分析。结果表明:5种重金属在小龙虾不同部位均有所检出,检出率100%,但对重金属的富集存在一定差异;小龙虾对Cu、Hg的富集均在安全范围内,而内脏与虾壳中Cd、Pb、Zn的质量浓度有所超标;相关性分析表明,小龙虾内脏、虾肉中重金属Cd与Pb、Cu的富集存在显著正相关,与Hg的富集存在显著负相关。To explore the accumulation of heavy metals in different parts of the procambarus clarkii in Dushan Herbage-seed Farm,the mass concentrations of CD,Cu,Pb,Zn and Hg in different parts of procambarus clarkii samples collected in the natural waters of the study area from February to July 2018 were determined and analyzed by anova and Pearson correlation analysis.The results showed that five kinds of heavy metals were detected in different parts of procambarus clarkii,with a detection rate of 100%,and there were some differences in the accumulation of heavy metals;The accumulation of Cu and Hg in procambarus clarkii was within the safe range,while the mass concentrations of CD,Pb and Zn in internal organs and shell exceeded the standard.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between Cd and Pb,Cu accumulation in procambarus clarkii internal organs and meat,and a significant negative correlation with Hg accumulation.
