摘  要:为评价新冠疫情期间南京医科大学医学检验系本科生线上教学成效,以南京医科大学医学检验系本科生为研究对象,从教学成绩及调查问卷两方面开展线上教学调研分析。比较2016,2017级本科生的检验专业课成绩。线下教学的三门课程,2016,2017级学生成绩无统计学差异(P>0.05)。临床免疫学检验和临床血液学检验两门课程,线上教学2017级的成绩显著低于线下教学的2016级,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.020,P=0.017)。向开展线上教学的2017-2019级学生发放调查问卷,从四个维度了解学生对线上教学的评价。对教学硬件及网络框架评价,多数学生认为满足学习需求。对线上教学内容,学生对课程资料完整性、课程通知有较高的满意度,32.9%的学生认为作业批改无点评,仅27.8%的学生经常使用答疑论坛。线上学习情况的调查中,学生在线学习频率基本满足学习要求,预习和答疑讨论为参与度较低(36.7%和59.5%),线上作业完成情况较好,学生与教师交流互动的频率较低(经常交流仅为8.9%)。线上教学自我评价中,学生对于线上教学的整体效果给予肯定,53.2%的学生认为线下教学效果更好,57.0%的学生更愿意接受线下教学为主、线上教学为辅的混合教学方式,而影响学习效果的主要因素是自主学习动力和自控力不足(74.7%)。疫情防控期间本校检验系线上教学模式适用特殊时期教学活动的需求,学生对整体教学效果满意度尚可,但线上教学模式仍有待完善。To evaluate the effect of online teaching for undergraduates in the laboratory medicine of Nanjing Medical University during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic.The online teaching was carried out on undergraduates from the laboratory medicine of Nanjing Medical University,and the teaching effect was evaluated through students scores and questionnaires.There was no statistical difference between the scores of 2016 and 2017 class in three courses taught offline(P>0.05).As mentioned to two courses of clinical immunology test and clinical hematology test,the scores of the 2017 class(online teaching)were significantly lower than those of 2016 class(offline teaching),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020,P=0.017).Questionnaires containing four dimensions were conducted in students who participated in online teaching(class of 2017-2019)to understand students evaluation of online teaching.In the part of hardware and network framework,most students considered that they satisfied their learning needs.As to the online teaching content,students were highly satisfied with the integrity of course materials and notifications.However,32.9%of students thought there was no teachers comments on homework,and only 27.8%of students used Q&A forums frequently.In the survey of learning situation,the frequency of learning online reached the standard basically,and the online homework was completed well.The problem existed in two main aspects,the low participation in pre-study and Q&A forums(36.7%and 59.5%),and the insufficient interaction frequency between students and teachers(only 8.9%of frequent communication).In terms of self-evaluation of online learning,students affirmed the overall effect of online teaching.More than half of the students(53.2%)preferred to the offline teaching,while 57.0%of students were more willing to accept a combined model of offline teaching as the mainstay and online teaching as the supplement.The main factor affecting the learning effect was the lack of learning motivation and
