摘 要:目的比较传统教学与翻转课堂联合专题探究式教学在全口义齿教学中的应用效果。方法采取实验对照方法。选取暨南大学口腔医学院2016级五年制口腔医学专业2个班61名学生为研究对象。随机抽取一个班学生为实验组,采用翻转课堂联合专题探究式教学模式,另一个班学生为对照组,采用传统教学模式。通过考核评分及学生主观评价,比较两种教学模式在应用效果上的差别。结果理论考试和实验操作考核中,实验组的平均成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);见习问卷调查结果表明,实验组对教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);实习操作考核结果显示,实验组操作的平均成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合专题探究式教学模式比传统教学模式更有利于全口义齿教学质量的提高。Objective To compare the application effect of traditional teaching and flipped classroom combined with special inquiry teaching in complete denture teaching.Methods 2 classes of stomatological grade 2016,Stomatology College of Jinan University were selected,of which one applied flipped classroom combined with special inquiry teaching and the other applied traditional teaching mode.The effects of two teaching modes were evaluated through the comparative analysis of examination scores and students'subjective evaluation.Results Compared with control group,experimental group showed higher scores in theory test and operation test(P<0.05),as well as better comments(P<0.05).Internship operation test showed that the average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with special inquiry teaching mode is not only beneficial for mastering the knowledge and skills of complete denture,but also the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability.
