摘  要:目的探讨PDCA循环联合微格教学法在产科临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月-2021年1月,西安交通大学第一附属医院产科的临床医学本科实习医师105名随机分为对照组、PDCA组与PDCA+微格教学组,采取不同教学方法,并对比各组教学效果。结果PDCA+微格教学组在临床思维与技能测试评价和学生对教学方法评价方面均高于对照组和PDCA组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环联合微格教学法有利于提高产科临床实践教学质量,学生对该教学方法评价较高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle combined with Microteaching in obstetrics clinical practice teaching.Methods From August 2020 to January 2021,105 clinical interns of obstetrics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University were randomly divided into control group,PDCA group and PDCA+microteaching group.Different teaching methods were adopted and the teaching effects of each group were compared.Results PDCA+microteaching group in clinical thinking and skills test evaluation and students'evaluation of teaching methods were significantly higher than the control group and PDCA group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle combined with microteaching method is helpful to improve the quality of obstetric clinical practice teaching,students'evaluation of the teaching method is higher,it is worth promoting and applying.
