高校“禁塑令”实施成效及推进对策探析

摘　　要：2021年1月1日是全国塑料污染治理首个重要阶段性节点,超过50个城市的外卖、商超等领域禁用塑料袋,全国禁用塑料吸管。云南省致力于打造产业发展的三张牌——绿色能源、绿色食品、健康生活目的地,既是大势所趋,也是响应国家禁塑限塑的号召。本文以云南大学为切入点,经过各项调查,探析"禁塑令"在高校取得的成效和未来不断完善的相关对策。January 1,2021 was the first major milestone in China’s plastic pollution control,plastic bags have been banned in takeaways,shopping malls and supermarkets in more than 50 cities.Yunnan province is committed to building three cards of industrial development—green energy,green food and healthy life destination,which is not only the general trend,but also in response to the call of the state to ban and limit plastic.In this paper,The University of Yunnan as the breakthrough point,through the investigation,to explore the effect of banning plastic in universities and improve the relevant countermeasures in the future.
