摘　　要：新时代背景下,高校辅导员的角色定位具有新特点,辅导员不仅是学生日常学习生活的管理者、学生成长路上的引路人,还是专业教师教学工作中的重要助手。文章针对艺术类高校辅导员服务对象的特殊性,对学生思想政治工作进行多路径探索,力求将思想政治工作与艺术专业教学深度融合,以帮助学生成为德才兼备的新时代大学生。In the new era,the role of college counselors is diversified and special.Counselors are not only the managers of students'daily study and life,but also the guides of students'growth,and the important assistants of professional teachers'teaching work.This paper explores the multiple paths of students'ideological and political work for the specificity of the work objects of counselors in art colleges and universities,strives to integrate ideological and political education with the teaching of art majors,and helps students to become moral and talented college students in the new era.
