摘  要:目的通过对基层医师儿科诊疗技术培训现状及需求的调查,了解基层儿科的发展现状,分析其培训需求,为进一步开展儿科诊疗技术培训提供参考依据。方法选取重庆市各基层医院的儿科医生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果215名基层儿科医师中,以女性(76.7%)、30~40岁年龄段(55.3%)、本科学历(74.4%)、中级职称(53.0%)、5~20年从业时间(64.2%)者居多。43.8%的儿科医师认为本单位现有教学模式不能满足自身学习需求,99.1%的医师有提升临床能力的需求。63.7%的儿科医师每年参加医学专业知识培训次数小于5次,58.1%希望每年参加培训次数在5~10次。基层儿科医师目前参与的教学模式以课堂讲授(90.2%)和床旁示教(46.5%)为主,更愿意参加的教学模式为床旁示教(73.5%)、以问题为基础的教学(67.4%)和标准化病人教学(65.1%)。结论基层儿科医师参与医学专业培训次数较少,培训模式以传统教学模式为主,对儿科诊疗技术培训需求强。Objective To learn the development status of primary pediatrician and analyse the training demand for pediatric diagnosis and treatment technology,so as to provide reference for further training.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among pediatricians in primary hospitals in Chongqing,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 215 primary pediatricians,most of them were female(76.7%),30~40 years old(55.3%),bachelor degree(74.4%),intermediate professional title(53.0%),5~20 years of working time(64.2%).43.8%of the doctors thought that the current teaching mode could not meet their learning needs,and 99.1%needed to improve their clinical ability.63.7%of them participated in medical professional training less than 5 times per year,and 58.1%hoped to participate in training 5~10 times per year.At present,primary pediatricians mainly participated in classroom teaching(90.2%)and bedside teaching(46.5%),while they were willing to participate in bedside teaching(73.5%),problem-based learning(67.4%)and standardized patient teaching(65.1%).Conclusion The professional training which mainly using traditional teaching mode for primary pediatricians is less,and the training needs are high.
