摘　　要：当代医学生高等教育内容的开展,不仅需围绕“术”体现能力培养,还应紧紧围绕“德”体现德行教育。廉洁教育的本质在于帮助医学生提高或重塑伦理品德,从而预防医学生未来走上职业道路时参与医疗腐败行为,为社会造成不良影响,有损自身白衣天使的职业形象。本课题组基于新时代背景下医学生廉洁教育工作展开探讨,把医学生廉洁教育按学习地点分为校园生活与临床实习两大阶段,并根据具体教学中基础课、临床课、临床实习三个不同内容提出课程思政三大对策,通过整合不同培养阶段和教学内容开展廉洁思政教育,做到渐进式阶段性无缝对接开展长效性医学生廉洁教育和培养。本研究发现该廉洁思政教育模式能够有些帮助医学生提升对社会不良风气抵御能力、强化伦理品德、有助于从根源上抵制医疗腐败;希望能够为国内医学生廉洁教育事业提供一些思路方面的参考,提升国内医学生高等教育整体水平。At present,the higher education for medical students is not only central to the professional ability training,but also to the moral conducts.In essence,the integrity education is to increase or rebuild the medical student’s moral conducts,prevent the medical corrupt practices in the future careers that could bring about the adverse social effects and damage their medical occupational images.In this research,the medical student’s integrity education works have been expounded under the background of new ages.In addition,the integrity education may be implemented from two stages,namely,campus life and clinical practices.To be specific,the elementary courses,clinical courses and clinical practices are integrated to carry out the integrity education at the different training stages,and achieve the progressive and staged seamless development of integrity education and talent cultivation in the long term.The research findings show that the integrity education is beneficial to go against the unhealthy ways and customs and consolidate the moral principles for medical students,and ultimately prevent the medical corruption;the research could provide some references on the medical student’s integrity education ideas so as to improve the overall education levels in the country.
