摘  要:住院医师规范培训的目标是培养合格的临床医师。放射科作为住院医师规范化培训的平台科室,承担着17个不同专业住院医师的培训工作。由于专业不同,并且各专业住院医师在放射科轮转的时间不同,所以不同专业住院医师在放射科轮转的目标和要求也不同。目前对于非放射专业住院医师在放射科轮转并没有统一的规范流程。文章结合最新的《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准》和实践经验,探索了非放射专业住院医师在放射科轮转的分层分类的教学模式,这一教学模式将有助于提高非放射专业住院医师在放射科轮转的教学质量,有助于提高住院医师的影像诊断水平。The goal of standardized residency training is to train qualified clinicians.As a platform department and resident standardized training base,the radiology department undertakes radiographic training for many residents from 17 different specialties and departments.Because the specialty is different,and the resident's rotation time in radiology department is different,the rotation goals and requirements of different specialty are different.At present,there is no uniform standard process for non-radiology residents in the radiology department rotation.Based on the newest"standardized training content and standards for residents"and practical experience,the teaching mode of hierarchical classification for non-radiology residents in the radiology department is explored.This teaching mode will help to improve the imaging diagnosis level and teaching quality of non-radiology residents.
