基于绿色发展行为的企业绩效提升策略——以建材企业为例

摘　　要：传统的工业发展模式导致的高污染、高耗能等问题十分严重。基于绿色发展行为,以建材企业为例,揭示企业绩效的提升策略。采用SWOT分析法(态势分析法),首先在工业企业绿色发展行为及绩效概念模型的基础上识别了建材企业绿色发展行为的利益相关者;其次分析了建材企业绿色发展行为的一般战略和组合战略;最后根据实证结果与战略分析结果,构建了基于建材企业绿色发展行为的绩效提升策略模型,揭示了建材企业绿色发展绩效在4个层面的提升策略。研究发现:建材企业绿色发展行为绩效提升策略不是唯一不变的;建材企业绿色发展绩效的提升,需要建材企业、政府、公众、消费者、同行利益相关者等多方共同努力;对于不同类型的建材企业,政府应采取不同的制度与政策措施。The problems of high pollution and high energy consumption caused by the development mode of traditional industry are very serious.Taking building materials enterprises as an example,this paper reveals the promotion strategies of enterprise performance based on green development behavior.Using SWOT analysis method,firstly,the stakeholders of green development behavior of building materials enterprises are identified on the basis of the conceptual model of green development behavior and performance of industrial enterprises.Secondly,the general strategy and combination strategy of green development behavior of building materials enterprises are analyzed.Finally,according to the empirical results and strategic analysis results,this paper constructs a performance improvement strategy.This paper reveals the promotion strategy of green development performance of building materials enterprises at four levels.The specific strategy is related to the action mechanism of five factors on green development behavior of building materials enterprises,such as institutional environment,market environment,public supervision,enterprise tangible resources and enterprise intangible resources.It is found that the promotion strategy is diversified;the improvement of green development performance of building materials enterprises requires the joint efforts of building materials enterprises,the government,the public,consumers,peers and stakeholders.The government should adopt different systems,policies and measures for different types of building materials enterprises.
