摘　　要：目的对真实世界中刺五加注射液治疗情志异常疾病的用药信息进行研究,筛选并归纳刺五加注射液治疗情志病的临床用药方案。方法选取全国16家三甲医院的医院信息管理系统(HIS)数据库,2004年1月8日至2014年8月22日之间入院使用刺五加注射液的情志病患者1 093例,采用Tabu搜索算法对联合用药信息进行网络模块分析,通过分析子网络中药物,发掘临床用药方案的核心药物组成。结果焦虑抑郁状态伴睡眠障碍患者可考虑应用刺五加注射液+百乐眠胶囊+氟哌噻吨/帕罗西汀;心脏神经官能症患者可考虑应用刺五加注射液+稳心颗粒+氟哌噻吨。结论中西药联合应用有助于提高疗效,减少副作用;临床需根据患者病情进行决策。本研究对其中某个子网络模块开展临床疗效和安全性评价具有一定前瞻意义。Objective To study the information about medications with Ciwujia injection in the treatment of emotional disorders based on the real-world data and summarize clinical medication schemes of Ciwujia injection. Methods A total of 1 093 patients who had been treated with Ciwujia injection between January 8, 2004 and August 22, 2014 were selected from the hospital information system of 16 big hospitals in China, and the information on their drug combinations was analyzed by using the tabu search(TS) algorithm. The clinical combination regimens of Ciwujia injection for patients with emotional disorders were screened out through drug analysis in the subnetwork. Results For patients with anxiety and depression accompanied by sleep disorders, Ciwujia injection + Bailemian capsules + halupentixil/paroxetine could be considered. The combination of Ciwujia injection + Wenxin granules + flupentixol could be chosen for patients with cardiac neurosis. Conclusion The combined application of Chinese and western medicines can help to improve efficacy and reduce side effects. On this basis, prospective clinical efficacy and safety evaluation can be conducted for a subnetwork module.
