摘 要:药协调器是某大口径火炮弹药自动装填系统的重要组成部分,是复杂的机电系统,其性能好坏将直接影响弹药自动装填系统的精度、可靠性和安全性。为了分析药协调器的动态特性影响因素以提高协调到位可靠性,对系统进行了仿真与试验研究。采用Adams和Simulink仿真软件分别建立了药协调器的动力学模型及控制系统模型,利用交互接口建立了药协调器机电联合仿真模型,分析了药协调器机电系统的动态特性,并将实测协调过程的角度数据与仿真结果进行比对。对比结果显示,联合仿真模型能够准确描述药协调器的运动特性。在此基础上,选取了实际调试过程中具有代表性的花键磨损、轴承局部损伤2种故障模式,并利用故障注入技术进行了故障仿真分析,明确了花键磨损与轴承局部损伤对系统运动过程的影响,故障仿真结果表明,花键磨损量及轴承摩擦系数越大,协调运动越不稳定,且基于联合仿真的故障注入方法可以为协调到位可靠性的影响因素分析提供参考,分析结果可为系统故障分析提供依据。The ammunition coordinator is an important part of automatic ammunition loading system of a large caliber artillery.It is a complex electromechanical system,and its performance will directly affect the accuracy,reliability and safety of automatic ammunition loading system.In order to analyze the factors affecting the dynamic characteristics of the ammunition coordinator and improve the reliability of the coordination in place,the simulation and experimental study of the system were carried out.The ammunition dynamics model and control system model of the coordinator were established by using Adams and Simulink software respectively.The electromechanical joint simulation model of ammunition coordinator was established based on interactive interface.The motion characteristic of the mechanical and electrical system was analyzed.The measured angle of coordination process was compared with the simulation results.The comparison results show that,the co-simulation model can accurately describe the motion characteristics of the ammunition coordinator.On this basis,two representative failure modes during actual debugging such as the spline wear,local damage of bearing,were selected.The fault simulation analysis were carried out using fault injection technique.The effect of the spline wear and local damage of bearing on the movement process of system was determined.The fault simulation results show that,the greater the spline wear degree and the bearing friction coefficient,the unstabler the motion coordination is.The fault injection method based on co-simulation can provide a reference for the analysis of factors affecting the reliability of coordination in place,and the analysis results can provide a basis for the fault analysis of the system.
