摘 要:为了精准检测塑料经纱管在环锭细纱机加捻卷绕工艺过程中的振程,设计弧面分度凸轮机构驱动的多工位检测平台,分析经纱管对多工位转盘定位精度的要求,并利用Pro/E和ADAMS对弧面分度机构进行动力学仿真。研究结果表明:弧面分度凸轮在经纱管振程检测工艺时间内的角速度和角加速度曲线基本平稳,经纱管振程检测最大处误差为2.51%,弧面分度凸轮机构具有良好的定位功能,能够满足经纱管振程多工位驱动的要求。In order to accurately detect the vibration range of plastic warp tube in the twisting and winding process of ring spinning frame,a multi-station detection platform driven by globoidal indexing CAM mechanism is designed.The positioning accuracy requirement of warp tube on multi-station turntable is analyzed.The dynamics simulation of globoidal indexing mechanism is carried out by Pro/E and ADAMS.The results show that the angular velocity and angular acceleration curves of globoidal indexing CAM are basically stable during the time of warp tube vibration range detection process,and the error at the maximum point of warp tube vibration range detection is 2.51%.The globoidal indexing CAM mechanism has good positioning function and can meet the requirements of multi-station warp tube vibration range drive.
