创业拼凑、绿色创新与新创企业绩效关系研究

摘　　要：基于问卷调查回收的240份有效数据,实证检验创业拼凑对新创企业绩效的影响,并且进一步考察绿色创新的作用。实证结果表明:创业拼凑显著正向影响新创企业绩效;创业拼凑与绿色产品创新、绿色过程创新和绿色管理创新均具有正向关系,弥补了创业拼凑与绿色创新关系的研究空白,为新创企业提升绩效提供了不同的路径。绿色产品创新、绿色过程创新和绿色管理创新都积极正向影响新创企业绩效,且它们在创业拼凑与新创企业绩效间发挥部分中介作用。Based on the valid data collected from 240 questionnaires,this paper empirically tests the impact of entrepreneurial bricolage on the performance of new ventures,and further examines the role of green innovation.The empirical results show that entrepreneurial bricolage has a significant positive impact on the performance of new ventures;entrepreneurial bricolage has a positive relationship with green product innovation,green process innovation and green management innovation.Our study fills the gap in the research on the relationship between entrepreneurial bricolage and green innovation.There are different paths for new ventures to improve their performance.Green product innovation,green process innovation and green management innovation all positively affect the performance of new ventures,and they play a part in connecting entrepreneurial bricolage with new venture performance.
