摘  要:新形势下加强和改进行业特色高校思想政治教育工作,需要从“文化育人”视角开展专业文化建设,这不仅是促进高等教育高质量发展的必然选择,更是立足“两个大局”的客观实际。当前,行业特色高校专业文化集中表现为专业科学文化、系史系风文化、科技活动文化、职业企业文化、区域建设文化等基本类型,为了进一步发挥新时代行业特色高校专业文化的育人功能,需要在培养模式优化、创新环境营造、校友资源整合、文化实物建设、平台载体搭建、精品活动打造、校企合作强化、育人阵地建设、区域文化挖掘和发展战略对接等维度全方位、多层次探索行业特色高校专业文化建设的实践路径。Under the new situation,to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education in universities with industry characteristics has been expected to carry out professional culture construction from the perspective of“culture education”,which is an inevitable choice for high-quality development of higher education,and even a kind of objective reality of keeping a foothold on“two overall domestic and international situations”.At present,the professional cultures in such kind of universities concentrate in such basic types as professional science culture,department history and style culture,sci-tech program culture,professional enterprise culture,and regional construction culture.In order to further give play to the education function of professional culture in this kind of universities in the new era,it is necessary to explore their practice paths in an all-round and multi-level way via multiple dimensions such as optimizing the training mode,creating an innovative environment,integrating alumni’resources,constructing culture entities,building platform carriers,forging competitive programs,strengthening cooperation between universities and enterprises,establishing cultivating battle fields,probing into regional cultures,and matching development strategies.
