摘　　要：目的 通过比较16所中医药高等院校健康服务与管理专业建设的地区差异,为中医药特色健康管理人才培养提供参考。方法 2019年10月,在中国高校“健康服务与管理”专业联盟成立大会上,对16所中医药高等院校进行调查,运用描述性方法对数据进行分析。结果 中医药高等院校健康服务与管理专业建设地区差异化明显。结论 中国高校“健康服务与管理”专业联盟等行业组织应充分发挥资源优势,为专业建设提供交流合作平台;中医药高等院校应通过交流合作、参观学习、联合授课、网络授课等方式,提升专业建设水平;教育主管部门应根据专业建设情况,建立健全东中西部地区交流合作机制。Objective By comparing the regional differences in the construction of health services and management majors in 16 Chi-nese medicine universities,it provides a reference for the training of Chinese medicine characteristic health management talents.Methods In October 2019,at the inaugural meeting of the “Health Service and Management”professional alliance of Chinese universities,a survey of 16 universities of Chinese medicine was conducted,and data were analyzed using descriptive methods.Results Regional differences in the construction of health services and management majors in Chinese medicine universities are obvious.Conclusion Industry organizations such as the“Health Service and Management”professional alliance of Chinese universities should give full play to their resource advantages and provide a platform for exchanges and cooperation for professional construction.Univer-sities of Chinese medicine should improve the level of professional construction through exchanges and cooperation,visits and learn-ing,joint teaching,online teaching,etc.The competent education department shall establish and improve the exchange and coopera-tion mechanism of the eastern,central and western regions based on the professional construction situation.
