互补性资产、企业价值网络与创新绩效:基于知识冗余的调节作用

摘　　要：拓展以互补性资产为主要内容的平台创新理论和以知识冗余为主要内容的知识基础理论,分别引入企业价值网络和知识冗余作为中介变量和调节变量,以216家创新型企业为样本,运用因子分析以及多元线性回归等方法,实证研究在企业价值网络中随着知识冗余的变化,互补性资产促进创新绩效提升的影响机理作用。研究发现:企业价值网络生态中可以利用的互补性资产越丰富,网络的运行越稳定,网络稳定性的增强有利于企业创新绩效提升;一定水平的知识冗余有利于促进企业创新绩效提升;企业价值网络在互补性资产与创新绩效之间起中介作用;知识冗余调节了互补性资产与创新绩效、企业价值网络与创新绩效之间的关系。为促进创新型企业创新及其价值网络构建,提出重视利用互补性资产,关注价值网络关系的积极作用,保持适当的知识积累,并注意知识冗余与互补性资产、企业价值网络的交互作用的不利影响等对策建议。Expanding the platform innovation theory with complementary assets as the main content and the knowledge-based theory with knowledge redundancy as the main content,this paper introduces enterprise value network and knowledge redundancy as intermediary variables and regulatory variables respectively,takes 216 innovative enterprises as samples,and uses factor analysis and multiple linear regression methods,takes empirical research on the mechanism of complementary assets promoting innovation performance with the change of knowledge redundancy in enterprise value network.It is found that the richer the complementary assets that can be used in the enterprise value network ecology,the more stable of the operation of the network,and the enhancement of network stability is conducive to the improvement of enterprise innovation performance;a certain level of knowledge redundancy is conducive to the improvement of enterprise innovation performance;enterprise value network plays an intermediary role between complementary assets and innovation performance;and knowledge redundancy regulates the relationship between complementary assets and innovation performance,enterprise value network and innovation performance.In order to promote the innovation of innovative enterprises and the construction of their value network,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,such as paying attention to the use of complementary assets,paying attention to the positive role of value network relations,maintaining appropriate knowledge accumulation,and paying attention to the adverse effects of the interaction between knowledge redundancy and complementary assets and enterprise value network.
