摘　　要：在新常态背景下,为顺应我国房地产市场的快速发展,“房地产开发与经营”课程作为房地产开发与管理专业的专业必修核心课程,课程内容与教学手段需要不断更新和与时俱进。“房地产开发与经营”课程以课程思政为引领,利用案例法、讨论法和PBL翻转课堂等混合式教学法提升教学质量,为高等院校本科“房地产开发与经营”课程教学改革提供方向性指导。Under the background of the new norm,and in order to comply with the rapid development of China’s real estate market,the course of Real Estate Development and Management,as a professional compulsory core course of real estate development and management major,needs to be constantly updated and keep pace with the times in the aspects of teaching content and teaching methods.Guided by“curriculum ideological and political education”,the course of Real Estate Development and Operation improves the teaching quality by using mixed teaching methods such as case teaching method,discussion and PBL flipped classroom,so as to provide directional guidance for the teaching reform of undergraduate Real Estate Development and Operation course in colleges and universities.
