摘  要:伴随着数字经济的快速发展,将知识场引入技术标准联盟情境,有助于理解组织之间开展标准化合作的联盟动机,明晰组织获取外部知识资源行为的内在逻辑。文章在理解技术标准联盟知识场内涵的基础上,描述联盟知识场的组成要素,阐明其影响因素与知识场活性特征,对联盟知识场的运行机理展开探讨。由此,构建得到基于SECI的联盟知识场效应模型,分析知识场与知识创造的适应性关系,并从知识流动视角剖析联盟知识场的动力机制,以期为数字驱动下的联盟知识管理提供理论依据。With the rapid development of digital economy, introducing the knowledge field into the context of the Technical Standards Alliance(TSA) helps to understand the motivation of the standardization cooperation between organizations, clarify the internal logic of the organization’s acquisition of external knowledge resources. Based on defining the concept of the knowledge field of the TSA,the constituent elements of the TSA knowledge field are analyzed, the influencing factors and the activity characteristics of the knowledge field are explained, and discuss the operation mechanism of the alliance knowledge field based on this. Thus, the alliance knowledge field effect model based on SECI is constructed to analyze the adaptive relationship between knowledge field and knowledge creation, and the dynamic mechanism of TSA knowledge field is analyzed from the perspective of knowledge flow, providing theoretical basis for digitallydriven alliance knowledge management.
