摘  要:目的总结可变剪接在胰腺癌中的研究进展,为进一步研究提供参考。方法检索可变剪接在胰腺癌的基础和临床研究相关文献并加以综述。结果可变剪接调节异常可改变基因的表达水平或产生新的剪切异构体,从而影响胰腺癌的发生、进展或化学治疗耐药。差异表达的剪接异构体可能作为胰腺癌诊断、侵袭性和预后预测的标志物。结论进一步探索可变剪接在胰腺癌发生发展中的分子机制,是改善胰腺癌早期诊断和治疗的新思路。Objective To summarize the research progress of alternative splicing in pancreatic cancer,and to provide reference for further research.Method The experimental and clinical studies of alternative splicing in pancreatic cancer were reviewed.Results Alternative splicing dysregulation resulted in changed gene expression or novel isoform formation,thereby influencing the carcinogenesis,progression or chemoresistance of pancreatic cancer.The differentially expressed alternative splicing isoforms may serve as diagnostic markers,indicators of aggressiveness or prognostic markers of pancreatic cancer.Conclusion Further investigation of the molecular mechanisms of alternative splicing in carcinogenesis and progression of pancreatic cancer is a new way to improve the early diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
