试论语言雅俗与国民语言文化素养的提升

摘  要:根据对网络、城乡标语、大学生母语写作等领域的语言考察,当下语言应用总体上存在俗化过度、雅正不足的问题。其原因是多方面的,有历史、时代的因素,也有“教”和“学”的原因。建议树立新时代的语言雅俗观,构建立体化母语能力,进一步提升公民语言文化素养。Popular language and elegant language have their own advantages and scope of application. According to the observation results of network language, urban and rural slogans and the written language expression of College Students’ mother language, the social current language application is generally over vulgarized and lack of elegance. There are many reasons, including the reasons of history and times, as well as the influence of “teaching” and “learning”. It is suggested to build a three-dimensional structure of mother language ability from the aspects of improving people’s ideological and moral cultivation, so as to further improve citizens’ language and cultural literacy.
