摘　　要：高校辅导员文化敏感性即辅导员对学生文化背景和经验的感知程度,以及采取适切的教育、管理和服务的能力。当前辅导员文化敏感性总体虚化,表现为:文化中心主义、文化刻板和文化偏见、文化适应力不足、文化角色弱化、文化身份遮蔽。为培育辅导员文化敏感性,通过澄清辅导员文化角色和树立文化角色意识来重拾辅导员文化身份;通过纳入职业能力标准、完善支撑系统等建设辅导员多元文化能力体系;通过完善辅导员培训,依托专业发展、自我教育使其成长为多元文化教育工作者。The cultural sensitivity of college counselors in ethnic minority areas is the ability of college counselors in ethnic minority areas to perceive the cultural background and life experience of students,and take appropriate education management services.At present,the cultural sensitivity of counselors is generally blurred,which is manifested as cultural centralism,cultural stereotype and cultural prejudice,inadequate cultural adaptation,weakened cultural role and obscured cultural identity.In order to cultivate the counselor cultural sensitivity,clarify counselors’cultural role and establish cultural role consciousness to regain counselors’cultural identity;Build the multicultural ability system of counselors by incorporating professional ability standards and improving the support system;By improving the training of counselors and relying on professional development and self-education,they grow into multicultural educators.
