摘 要:制备了体育器材用碳纤维改性聚酰胺复合材料,并对其性能进行了测试分析。结果表明,聚酰胺胺树枝状高分子(PAMAM)含量逐步增加时,聚酰胺熔体流动速率呈现随之上升的态势;相较于单纯聚酰胺,掺入PAMAM的聚酰胺拉伸强度相对偏低;PAMAM可有效改善碳纤维增强聚酰胺复合材料流动性与加工性能,发挥一定的润滑作用,优化材料力学性能。随着碳纤维含量增加,掺入PAMAM的碳纤维改性聚酰胺复合材料拉伸强度呈现逐渐增大状态。Carbon fiber modified polyamide composites for sports equipments were prepared and their properties were tested and analyzed.The results show that the melt mass flow rate of polyamide increases with the increase of polyamide amine dendrimer content.Compared with pure polyamide,the tensile strength of polyamide doped with polyamide amine dendrimer is relatively low.Polyamide amine dendrimer can effectively improve the fluidity and processability of carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites,and play a certain lubricating role in optimizing the mechanical properties of the materials.With the increase of carbon fiber contents,the tensile strength of carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites doped with PAMAM increases gradually.
