摘　　要：区域新旧动能转换与地方大学社会责任实现存在必然的内在联系,二者相互支撑、相互促进、共生共赢。基于共生理论要素分析,服务区域新旧动能转换,地方大学存在"共生单元供需错位,系统耦合度不高""共生环境尚不完善,利益分配不对称""共生模式有待确立,能量互换效果不佳"等问题。"深化人才培养体系改革,建立地方大学社会责任实现与区域新旧动能转换相适应的共生单元""健全‘产学研’协同创新机制,形成地方大学社会责任实现与区域新旧动能转换协同互动的共生环境""完善智库体系,构建地方大学社会责任实现与区域新旧动能转换互惠共赢的共生模式",是区域新旧动能转换背景下地方大学社会责任实现的进路。There is an inevitable internal connection between the regional transformation of new and old kinetic energy and the realization of the social responsibility of local universities.They both support each other,promote each other,and achieve a win-win situation.Based on the element analysis of symbiosis theory and the regional transformation of new and old kinetic energy,there exists dislocation of supply and demand of symbiosis units and low coupling degree of the system in local universities.The symbiotic environment has not been formed and the distribution of benefits is not symmetrical.The symbiosis model needs to be established and the effect of energy exchange does not work well.The way for local universities to realize social responsibility is to deepen the reform of personnel training system,establish a symbiotic unit for the realization of university social responsibility and the regional transformation of old and new driving forces,to improve the cooperative innovation mechanism of“production,study and research”,to form a symbiotic environment in which the realization of university social responsibilities and the regional transformation of new and old kinetic energy will interact.and to refine the think tank system and build a symbiosis mode in which the social responsibility of local universities is mutually beneficial and win-win with the regional transformation of old and new driving forces.
