摘 要:随着教师教育大学化、综合化、市场化改革的深入,高校教师教育者的身份认同面临职责困惑、角色错位、组织壁垒、话语缺失等困境,直接影响着师范生人才培养的质量和水平。为重塑高校教师教育者的身份认同,以转变观念增进对教师教育改革的理解适应,以完善制度引领教师教育者的本位回归,以明晰发展促进教师教育者的认同重塑,以深化研究推动教师教育者的价值再现,实现从工具理性向价值理性的转向。With the deepening of the reform of universitization,integration and marketization of teacher education,the identity of teacher educators in colleges and universities is confronted with such difficulties as confusion of duties,dislocation of roles,organizational barriers and deviation of systems,it has a direct impact on the quality and level of Normal University students.In order to promote the reconstruction of the identity of Teacher Educators,to change the concept to enhance the understanding and adaptation of teacher education reform,to improve the system to lead the teacher educators to return to the standard,to clear the development to promote the reconstruction of teacher educators’identity,to deepen the research to promote the reappearance of teacher educators’value,and to realize the transformation from Instrumental rationality to value rationality.
