摘　　要：目的探讨任意皮瓣在局部晚期乳腺癌中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年4月本院收治的20例局部晚期乳腺癌患者的临床资料,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各10例。对照组采用传统的带蒂背阔肌皮瓣转移修补皮肤缺损治疗,实验组采用任意皮瓣转瓣修补术治疗,比较两组手术时间、术后创口愈合时间、临床疗效、不良反应发生率和复发率。结果实验组手术时间与术后创口愈合时间均明显短于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义。结论任意皮瓣在局部晚期乳腺癌中的应用具有良好的效果,不仅能缩短手术时间与术后创口愈合时间,同时还能提升疗效,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of arbitrary skin flap in locally advanced breast cancer.Methods The clinical date of 20 patients with locally advanced breast cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were retrospective analyaed,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random digital table method,with 10 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional pedicle latissimus dorsi flap transfer to repair skin defect,and the experimental group was treated with arbitrary skin flap transposition repair.The operation time,postoperative wound healing time,clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate between the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and postoperative wound healing time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups.Conclusion The application of arbitrary skin flap in local advanced breast cancer has good effect,which can not only shorten the operation time and wound healing time,but also improve clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of advance reactions.
