药品生产用一次性使用系统风险管控的思考

摘　　要：一次性使用系统具有方便、安全、快速、经济的特点,已在制药领域广泛应用。本文就一次性使用系统在药品生产应用的适用性、研发设计、相容性研究、生产过程控制、质量检验等相关要求进行了介绍。对进一步健全完善我国一次性使用系统技术法规,加强风险评估、规范药品生产过程管控和建立全生命周期管理理念提出了建设性意见,并就未来一次性使用系统发展和应用提出展望。Single-Use Systems(SUS)have been widely used in drug manufacturing thanks to their advantages of being convenient,safe,time-saving and low-cost.This paper introduces considerations on the applicability,research design and compatibility study of SUS,and requirements for production process control and quality control.The author puts forward suggestions on improving SUS technical regulations,strengthening risk assessment,and standardizing production process control and lifecycle management,and looks forward to the future development and application of SUS in drug manufacturing.
