摘 要:水产品养殖中违法违规使用禁用药物氯霉素,可导致水产品中氯霉素残留,对人体健康造成危害。本文建立了一种QuEChERS-固相萃取-液质联用法(QuEChERS-SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)测定水产品中氯霉素的方法。经过方法学考察,氯霉素在0.2893~11.57 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好,r^(2)为0.9995,检测限为0.1μg/kg,3个添加水平的平均回收率在100.7%~114.5%之间,精密度为1.65%。该方法具有操作简单、结果准确、灵敏度高等优点,适用于水产品中氯霉素的快速筛查。Chloramphenicol is a prohibited drug substance in aquaculture.Chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products from illegal use pose threats to human health.This paper establishes a Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged,Safe(QuEChERS)method for the determination of chloramphenicol in aquatic products by combining Solid-Phase Extraction(SPE)with Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The chloramphenicol had a good linearity in the range of 0.2893~11.57 ng/mL,r2 was 0.9995,the limit of detection was 0.1μg/kg,the average recovery rates at three additive levels were between 100.7%~114.5%,and the precision rate was 1.65%.This method is simple,accurate and sensitive,and is suitable for rapid screening of chloramphenicol in aquatic products.
